Komar University of Science and Technology is a private institution in Sulaimani, Iraq.

It was was founded in 2009 as Kurdistan University of Science and Technology, Sulaimani before taking its current name in 2012.

The first classes offered were an English language summer school in 2010, and English remains the sole language of instruction. Students are required to offer proof of their proficiency , and those who lack a sufficient grasp of the language are enrolled on the 24-week course offered by the Centre of English Intensive Programmes (CIEP) in order to bring them up to the required standard.

Students can study across a range of disciplines including nursing, dental technology, medicine, engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, environmental engineering and petroleum engineering, business, accounting, business sdministration, e-commerce, nternational management and healthcare administration, science, computer science, medical laboratory science and bioemedical science.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of a new, future-focused Occupational Therapy program that prepares students for contemporary practice. At either level, you will contribute to teaching and research within your area of expertise and engage actively with academic, professional, and community partners. You will support and promote the program through collaboration and leadership across the School and external networks. Description The Division of Engineering at New York University Abu Dhabi seeks to recruit a motivated post-doctoral associate with a strong background in control systems and machine learning to join the research team of Prof. M. Umar B. Niazi. The position focuses on the development of digital twins using physics-informed learning approaches, with specific applications to intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
