About the area The School of Engineering is a multidisciplinary school offering education and research in a number of engineering disciplines, including biomedical, civil, environmental, mining, chemical, mechanical, electrical and electronic and automation robotics. About the opportunity Deliver undergraduate/postgraduate Chemical Engineering teaching (incl. Mineral Processing and Process Design) and supervise HDR students. Produce impactful research aligned to UWA strengths, engage with industry, and attract funding and postgraduate researchers. Contribute to curriculum, unit coordination, School/University service, and broader professional engagement.  About you A Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering or closely related field. Demonstrated willingness and ability to deliver innovative teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level in the areas listed above Demonstrated experience delivering authentic assessment opportunities in coursework units, informed by industry-sponsored research or consulting activities where possible/practical. A demonstrable emerging track record of successful competitive funding application.    Demonstrated evidence of successful supervision or co-supervision of HDR students, relative to opportunity.    Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the school and wider University activities such as graduations, open days, school meetings, strategic planning, outreach/community engagement, and program development.
