Deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and graduate students, as evidenced, for example, by peers, students and external examiners. Engage actively with new educational models and embrace innovative, interactive, technology-enhanced learning, teaching, and assessment approaches. Evidence of success in applying for or obtaining government/industry research funding. Self-motivated for innovative teaching with knowledge of relevant learning and teaching practice developments. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction internally and externally. Fluency in English. Strong teamwork spirit. More Senior Ranks are Expected Also to Show Currently supervising or previously supervised PhD students to completion. A significant record of high-quality academic publications. Research Funding Support The university provides every new faculty members a Research Development Fund to encourage them to initiate research projects and a Research Engagement Fund to support their continuous research activities.
