Your workplace: As a Senior Lecturer, you will be employed in teaching for the teaching degree for secondary schools (general education) in the field of inclusive education with a focus on disability. The employment of 40 hours/week includes a teaching obligation of an average of 14 hours per week of academic teaching. Competencies in the implementation of inclusive education are expected, especially in the following areas: Inclusive Didactics, Emotional/Social Development & Crisis Intervention, Learning & Cognitive Development, Digital Inclusion & Assistive Technologies, Pedagogical Diagnostics, Counseling & Support Planning, Diversity & Intersectionality. Furthermore, knowledge of inclusive school development and challenges of the Austrian education system is desired.   Your future tasks: You will independently hold courses at Bachelor's and Master's level. You will make an active contribution to the (further) development of course and examination formats. In addition, we expect from you the ongoing reception of the current state of science as well as the didactic further training during the lecture-free time. You will take on administrative tasks, especially in the administration of teaching. The institute has attracted multidisciplinary research teams composed of food engineers, agronomists, biochemists, biologists, … etc. Description of the position: Run research activities in animal food technology (meat and milk) derived from different animal species (camels, goats, sheep, …) in the Southern part of Morocco. Assist in the teaching activities as a team member of animal science program at UM6P-ASARI, to support courses related to: Food technology (for farmers). Responsibilities also involve frequent travelling to different areas in Morocco and Africa. Education PhD degree in animal food Technology Requirement At least 3-5 years of experience if the field Interest in academic and/or project-based research and services. Understand the importance of excellent education and students’ support. Teaching and communication skills. Considering the job content, there are high expectations regarding social and organisational skills. The candidate should be able to work as part of a team, to communicate fluently with staff and stakeholders from different disciplines and of different levels and should have the necessary flexibility and resistance to stress to change the order of the tasks according to the service needs. Knowledge of Arabic, French and English is sufficient to support teaching activities for students and farmers as well. About the Chemical & Biochemical Sciences Green Process Engineering (CBS) The Chemical & Biochemical Sciences Green Process Engineering Department (CBS) is a component of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P). The main objective of CBS is to set up a distinctive research-teaching program, of international level, to meet the research and teaching challenges of UM6P, in particular on green and environmental chemistry applied to all aspects of chemical sciences: organic and inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical biology, biochemical and thermal reactions. Research at CBS is organized around several major areas, which aim to answer challenging industrial questions, from complex chemical and biochemical reactions to scale-up and validation of process engineering. CBS projects aim at developing in-depth understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying all chemical transformations in order to propose original, and innovative alternatives promoting efficiency, environmental friendliness and sustainability.
