We seek candidates whose research and teaching expertise aligns with one or more of the following priority areas: Foundation Models and Large Language Models (LLMs) Machine Learning Theory and Algorithms, including Applications in Science and Industry Generative AI and Creative Applications Responsible, Explainable, and Trustworthy AI (Ethics & Governance) AI Systems, High-Performance Computing, and Intelligent Manufacturing Natural Language Processing and Multimodal Intelligence Robotics, Human-AI Interaction, and Embodied Intelligence Experience or interest in applying AI to interdisciplinary domains, particularly in Ageing, Biopharmaceuticals, HR, Semiconductors, or Advanced Materials, is highly valued. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Experience in interdisciplinary curriculum design and new programme development, particularly at the postgraduate level. A demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI to industrial contexts (e.g., biopharma, semiconductors, advanced materials) or ecosystem management. Active engagement with the professional and industrial community. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a collegial, interdisciplinary academic environment. Familiarity with the higher education landscape in China and/or a keen interest in contributing to XJTLU's "3.0" educational mission. The CLEP primarily aims to equip students with the requisite Chinese language skills for academic and professional pursuits. The programme offers tailor-made, discipline-specific practical Chinese language courses to undergraduates across all faculties within the University.
