The Graduate University of Advanced Technology was established in 2007 to provide technological higher education in the largest by area of Iran’s 32 provinces.
It has faculties in electrical and computer engineering, chemistry and chemical engineering, materials and mechanical engineering, civil engineering and geology and an interdisciplinary science and modern technology faculty which is the largest in the institution with more than 20 specialist laboratories.
The campus also incorporates the first science and technology park in South-East Iran, one of the first 10 opened nationally, which draws on a network of research institutes which were formed before the university was created. 
The Environmental Science Institute formed in 2001 to accommodate work in ecology, biotechnology, biodiversity and environment. It has hosted a range of national congresses reflecting that remit.

Introduction

As a University of Applied Learning, the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) collaborates actively with industry in our research work. We seek a motivated candidate who is keen on rigorous research, the practical applications of code exfiltration and reverse engineering as well as security penetration testing.

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver on an industry innovation research project where you will be part of a research team to investigate and determine potentially critical Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) drone system vulnerabilities impacting confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Key Responsibilities


	Participate in the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PIs and research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met.
	Undertake or help guide work and demonstrations in the following tasks:
	
		Code exfiltration and binary reverse engineering.
		Study, understand and analyse mobile platform applications.
		Android app reverse engineering (Drone apps)
		Static and Dynamic analysis(experience in tools like Frida, Burp, Wireshark)
		Develop AI-assisted agents for automated firmware analysis and exploration
		Build a controlled firmware-replica environment for evaluating protocol security
		Design, develop and test control augmentation techniques.
		Adaptation of developed techniques for more generic use.
	
	
	Perform project documentation and crafting of research papers.
	Carry out Risk Assessment, and ensure compliance with Work, Safety and Health Regulations.
	Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.


 Job Requirements


	A good degree in Computer Science / Engineering or higher.
	Proficiency with code exfiltration and reverse engineering.
	Proficiency with penetration testing techniques and tools.
	Proficiency with software scripting and development work on desktop and / or mobile platforms.

Knowledge Mobilisation and Community Connector Fellow – NIHR ARC Wessex

The NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) Wessex is one of ten ARCs across England awarded a total of £157 million funding over five years from April 2026 to deliver applied health and care research that improves patient outcomes, enhances service delivery, and supports sustainable health and social care systems.

This fellowship offers individuals interested in Knowledge Mobilisation the opportunity to work within NIHR ARC Wessex and support our research and its engagement with communities and neighbourhoods, while developing their academic careers. Knowledge Mobilisation focuses on getting the right information to the right people, in the right format, at the right time to support the use of research.

Knowledge Mobilisation works across themes to produce accessible, practical, and tailored outputs for local and national needs. Activities include engaging with non-academic partners, co-production, evidence synthesis, dissemination, implementation, and influencing policy and decision-making. The postholder will specifically champion resources that are accessible, relevant, widely used, grounded in lived experience, accessible to all, and deliver meaningful improvement across the region.

The opportunity is aimed at individuals with the potential to become leaders in Knowledge Mobilisation who are health and/or care professionals, with a publication track record or equivalent, well-developed communication, relationship building skills, and willingness to build skills in Knowledge Mobilisation, implementation, or research engagement.

Applicants will be ambitious individuals with confidence and experience engaging with collaborators and stakeholders at all levels across different geographies and sectors of the health and care system; a willingness to work with ARC Wessex research partners across local health and care systems. You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication and writing skills, ability to meet project milestones, produce work of high quality.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge mobilisation expertise, through targeted training opportunities and their own practice, and will support capacity building in Knowledge Mobilisation among researchers and organisations working with ARC Wessex.

We are seeking applicants for a new role of 'Knowledge Base Manager – Staff Hub' to lead the establishment of a university-wide knowledge management capability.

This pivotal role sits within the Staff Hub workstream of the Professional Services Development Programme, and is offered on a secondment basis until 31st December 2027, with responsibility for designing and embedding a single, trusted source of knowledge using the ServiceNow Next Generation platform.

What you'll be doing:

You will play a key role in transforming how knowledge is created, governed, and used across the University, improving self-service, enhancing user experience, and supporting a scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled service, you will develop and implement a modern, user‑focused knowledge management approach across the University. This will include defining a clear framework, standards, and lifecycle processes for knowledge, as well as building a Knowledge Community of Practice to embed consistent ways of working. You will design and deliver an AI‑enabled Knowledge Base in ServiceNow, shaping its structure, taxonomy, ownership, and governance to ensure it supports self‑service, automation, and ongoing improvement. You will also carry out a comprehensive audit of existing knowledge across platforms, identifying duplication, gaps, and outdated information, and prioritising content for migration into a single, trusted source. 

Alongside this, you will work closely with stakeholders across the institution to develop clear, accessible, and user‑centred content, facilitating workshops and supporting teams to adopt agreed standards and processes. You will establish robust governance and quality assurance arrangements, using data, insight, and user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and maturity of the knowledge base. A key part of the role will be promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning, ensuring knowledge is actively managed, maintained, and aligned with organisational priorities.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educational Developer with expertise in digital education to join the team. They will play a central role in supporting the development of academic staff and educational practice at Maynooth University.

The postholder will lead educational development initiatives, projects and programmes towards the enhancement of digital teaching, learning and assessment at Maynooth University. They will lead on the design and delivery of accredited and non-accredited professional development initiatives. They will work with faculty and programme teams to support the development of research-informed and pedagogically innovative flexible curricula.

Reporting to the Head of the Centre for Teaching and Learning, the postholder will work closely with the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) and Educational Development teams.

Salary:

Administrative Officer I (2026): €60,410 – €86,192 p.a. (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
