The Graduate University of Advanced Technology was established in 2007 to provide technological higher education in the largest by area of Iran’s 32 provinces.

It has faculties in electrical and computer engineering, chemistry and chemical engineering, materials and mechanical engineering, civil engineering and geology and an interdisciplinary science and modern technology faculty which is the largest in the institution with more than 20 specialist laboratories.

The campus also incorporates the first science and technology park in South-East Iran, one of the first 10 opened nationally, which draws on a network of research institutes which were formed before the university was created. 

The Environmental Science Institute formed in 2001 to accommodate work in ecology, biotechnology, biodiversity and environment. It has hosted a range of national congresses reflecting that remit.

ANZSOG is seeking an Academic Director of Programs to lead the design, development and academic oversight of our learning portfolio at a significant time in its growth and expansion. Strategically, this role will lead the development and renewal of the Public Leadership Credentials product category including ANZSOG’s flagship Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA). This is a rare opportunity to influence the next generation of public sector leaders through rigorous, responsive and future-ready programs. Providing academic input and oversight across our portfolio of accredited and non-accredited programs, you’ll work across disciplines and jurisdictions driving innovation in curriculum, pedagogy and delivery. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and academic leader with expertise in public governance, public administration and/or public policy, but, most importantly, a passion for adult learning. We are a rural clinical school of the Sydney Medical School with locations in both Dubbo and Orange.
