Working with stakeholders across the Business School, you will lead the design and delivery of high quality, pedagogically aligned programs and courses. Your key responsibilities will be to: provide leadership and strategic oversight, working closely with the Chief Learning Innovation Officer, project leads and key stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and delivery outcomes, and translate strategic priorities into clear delivery roadmaps lead the design and delivery of high quality learning experiences, overseeing end to end curriculum and assessment design, ensuring constructive alignment, evidence based pedagogy, and user centred learning across the LMS and related tools drive excellence in learning technologies and standards, ensuring effective use of platforms, multimedia, accessibility, and compliance with institutional and external requirements lead complex, multi stream projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance across faculties and central units manage and develop a high performing team of learning designers and educational technologists, providing coaching, workload planning and capability development. About you relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of training and experience strong expertise in contemporary learning and teaching, including blended/online pedagogy, learning theories, constructive alignment, competency mapping and outcome based education proven capability in curriculum and assessment design, integrating multimedia and user centred learning across the LMS and connected tools demonstrated project and change leadership in complex environments, including budget, procurement, risk and governance management advanced stakeholder and relationship skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and work effectively in a matrixed organisation experience leading and developing high performing education design teams proficiency with learning technologies and relevant standards, including accessibility and compliance requirements a data informed approach to continuous improvement, using learning analytics and student feedback to enhance learning experiences. Continuing Full-Time position Position based at Bundoora and Alfred Clinical Health School, Alfred Hospital Salary level B starting from $114,855 plus 17% superannuation  About the position A Level B academic in a teaching-focused role works independently and does not require close supervision. They are expected to develop curriculum, coordinate subjects, teach, and support students throughout their learning. In addition, they contribute to the administrative functions of the discipline and undertake scholarly activities that advance learning and teaching within their discipline or professional field. A teaching-focused academic is expected to demonstrate teaching excellence in line with the La Trobe Teaching Excellence Principles and to maintain a strong record of achievement. This should be evidenced through Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT) surveys, peer review of teaching, and other evidence-based measures. A Level B teaching-focused academic will also coordinate and/or lead the activities of other staff, as appropriate to learning and teaching within the discipline. They are expected to regularly participate in the collection and monitoring of student feedback through Student Feedback on Teaching surveys and will typically achieve strong results relative to their peers. At least once each year, they will arrange for their teaching to be peer reviewed as part of their commitment to scholarly teaching practice. Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have: Registered or eligible to register as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A Masters or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University/profession as appropriate for the Nursing/Midwifery disciplines. Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development and subject coordination in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes, as evidenced by sustained high results on student feedback on teaching surveys, teaching excellence awards or through other forms of evidence. Job Description SCHOOL OF BUSINESS DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT, MARKETING AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS Senior Lecturer / Lecturer I (25260537) The Department of Management, Marketing and Information Systems invites applications for a position at the Lecturer I or Senior Lecturer rank in the Management team. We are seeking candidates with substantial applied organizational / industry research experience and teaching experience at a higher education or professional level. The ability to teach management and talent development-related courses and transdisciplinary courses would be an advantage. Candidates should have a doctoral degree from a reputable university and advanced training in data analytics. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who are familiar with the labour markets in the Greater Bay Area and have good contacts in the business community. The position will be located at the Kowloon Tong campus, and will be primarily responsible for teaching undergraduate courses and conducting research and consultancy services for the Centre of Human Resources Strategy and Development (CHRSD). An initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of 2 years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
