Forman Christian College (FCCU) is a prestigious institution in Pakistan, with a history dating back to 1864. Academically, FCCU is structured into various faculties and schools. Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU), located in Wenzhou, China, one of three Sino-American universities along with NYU Shanghai and Duke Kunshan University, is approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Launched in 2012, WKU offers a unique model of higher education in partnership with Kean University, a comprehensive, public university in the state of New Jersey that is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. WKU sits on approximately 500 beautiful acres and currently enrolls about 5,200 undergraduate and graduate students, and it is now in the midst of a rapid growth that will bring enrollment to 7,000 students within the next three years. All instruction is in English, and all curriculum is provided by Kean University. In addition to its current 18 undergraduate programs, WKU has been approved by the Ministry of Education for offering 8 Master’s and 3 doctorate programs. About the Job The Department of Special Education at Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced faculty member for non-tenure-track Lecturer positions in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). All faculty positions are full-time assignments, effective for the start of the 2026 Fall semester (August 16). These positions are full-time assignments appointed on a 3-year contract at the first instance and are renewable upon successful reappointment review. A Lecturer is a full-time faculty member responsible for teaching 30 credits per academic year  (10-month type) and for providing students with academic and learning support. Lecturers typically teach up to three different courses, with average class sizes of 20–25 students. Successful candidates will play a central role in the delivery and advancement of the Master’s programs in Special Education, with a strong focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Faculty members are expected to teach postgraduate-level courses and supervise graduate student practicum experiences. The position entails delivering high-quality instruction, offering academic advising and mentorship, and contributing to service at the university, college, and departmental levels—such as curriculum development, program assessment, student recruitment and advisement, and professional collaboration with local and international partners—as well as to the broader professional community. Teaching assignments and related responsibilities may include day, evening, and weekend, depending on institutional needs. Interest or experience in using advanced instructional technologies to improve the teaching/learning process is highly desirable. All faculty may be required to teach General Education courses as needed. Opportunities are also available to teach interdisciplinary support courses. Faculty positions at WKU offer: Annual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience with the range from $65,000-$70,000 for 10-month Lecturers. The UK Illicit Project is an NIHR funded 14-month pilot RCT of The Illicit Project-UK a school-based universal drug prevention and harm reduction intervention for older adolescents. The research follows on from an earlier feasibility study funded under the government's Innovation Fund to Reduce Demand for Illicit Substances.  It is a collaboration between Liverpool John Moores University, Stirling University, the Matilda Centre at the University of Sydney, the University of Liverpool, and Queens University, Belfast.
