You will be building strong and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, VET providers and community organisations, to enhance pathway opportunities for First Nations students, and contributing to the design and delivery of student engagement initiatives across community, campus and online settings. This position requires extensive travel and after hours/weekend work at times. About you Demonstrated excellence in using inclusive approaches, including an understanding of First Nations peoples needs, relevant to the service delivery context. Experience delivering engagement activities, including planning, implementing and reporting. High level communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Hold a current unrestricted drivers licence. The Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care aims to produce doctors to practise medicine of the highest standard and in the best interests of their patients and the community, and to inspire them to strive for and achieve academic excellence. It is the mission of the Department to promote quality primary care through education, patient-centred service and research in family medicine. Applicants should possess a medical degree registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, and the qualification of F.H.K.A.M. (Family Medicine) or PhD in general practice/family medicine. They should have proven capacity and potential in research; demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in clinical services and training; and have experience in undergraduate teaching. The appointee is expected to participate in conducting research; planning and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Family Medicine; developing and providing clinical services in primary care; and, contributing to administrative duties in the Department and the Faculty.
