About European University

The European University is a higher education institution in Tbilisi, Georgia. At this stage, the university owns two educational buildings and a modern dormitory. It is home to three faculties and 15 academic degree programs, serving up to 3500 students from more than 70 countries.

The European University successfully collaborates with leading higher education institutions locally and in Europe, Asia and US. It is an individual associate member of EUA, an institutional member of GUNi, an academic member of ACM and a member of AMEE, EAIE, AMSE and ADEE, collaborating with numerous leading higher education institutions in Europe, Asia and US.

The European University strives to ensure quality education and research-based knowledge. To support this, it has four research institutes in Law, Archeology, Globalization, and Medicine and four scientific journals.  It stands out with its modern medical infrastructure to meet the challenges of medical education and the demands of local as well as international students from all over the globe.

The university comprises three faculties based on the principles of innovative teaching and research:

The Faculty of Law, Education, Business and Technology is the main educational unit of the university, where the leading and renowned specialists provide students with education and train highly qualified, competitive specialists according to modern standards.

The faculty has a research center, a legal assistance center, and a technological laboratory EU LAB, where students get practical experience. The EU LAB is equipped with powerful computers, a 3D printer, drones, a robot programmed by students, and other technological devices.

Students in the International Relations program have a unique opportunity to undertake paid internships abroad.

The Faculty of Medicine offers its students laboratories equipped in accordance with modern standards, latest 3D anatomage table, as well as an opportunity to undergo practical training in the organzations of respective profiles. 

The Faculty of Medicine has been accredited since 2014 and owns up to 40 clinical sites, including its private clinic - Jo Ann University Hospital.

The Faculty of Medicine comprises the following study programmes:

One-cycle Educational Program in Dental Medicine (English language)

One-cycle Educational Program in Dental Medicine

With the knowledge gained at the university, our graduates successfully pass the American and British licensing exams and start working in their specialty.

At the Jo Ann University Hospital, which is owned by the European University, students get practical experience from the professors of the medical field with the prospect of employment.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine prepares graduates in accordance with the requirements of the local and international market. The faculty occupies a special place in the university, since based on the results of the market research it was revealed that there is a high demand for veterinary specialists in the market.

Being focused on sharing quality education, the European University pays special attention to the employment and internships of its students and graduates. Successful students are recommended by the university to various leading companies, which increases the employment rate of the graduates. 

The European University cooperates with more than 70 universities in 29 countries, and students have an opportunity to benefit from the fully funded Erasmus exchange programme. Apart from this, students can also apply for bilateral mobility programmes at partner universities around the world.

The European University successfully implements Erasmus+ Jean Monnet activities and is a multiple winner of EU-funded projects.
