The role An opportunity has arisen within the Client Services team for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as Senior Client Services Co-ordinator. The Client Services team are a central point in the operations of Surrey Sports Park and work closely with all other departments to facilitate student and community sport activity, member programmes, elite teams and athletes and major events. The post-holder will provide high quality communications and administrative support to the clients and the relevant teams within Surrey Sports Park. They will be expected to build effective working relationships within the teams, with colleagues and with external partners. The successful candidate will be expected to take informed operational decisions and actively identify opportunities for communications and new business. About you The successful candidate should have relevant experience in implementing administration strategies, managing external partners, working as part of or leading a team and the handling of data. In addition, the post holder will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, along with adaptability, attention to detail, openness to change and personal motivation in all aspects of their work. GoGreen Next is a 54-month EU Horizon Europe funded project to promote urban health, targeting four European pilot sites, which ends on 30th June 2028. The Research Assistant will support the principal investigator (Dr. Tadhg MacIntyre) and all members of the research team to meet the communication and dissemination aims and objectives of the project. They will assist with managing all stages in the development of communication and dissemination outputs, conducting analytics on the impact of outputs and reporting on these contributions. As a core member of the research team, the appointee will contribute to presentations to the steering committee and consortium, and to periodic reporting which may arise. Moreover, they will be capable in using ETL software and SQL to deliver timely outputs for the organisation.
