You should have experience as a registered nurse with at least five years in a clinical setting. For appointments at Level A or B, evidence of developing or established teaching capability is expected, along with a willingness to contribute to unit delivery and ongoing development of teaching practice. For appointments at Level C or D, demonstrated strong teaching capability, along with experience in unit coordination and flexible course delivery, is required. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are essential. You should also demonstrate a commitment to high-quality education, the ability to collaborate across disciplines, and a willingness to contribute to student support and broader university activities. About the School The School of Health within the Faculty of Medicine and Health delivers a comprehensive suite of undergraduate, postgraduate coursework, and research programs, including Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, Mental Health, Public Health (One Health), and Health Management. The Discipline of Nursing is a core pillar of the School, underpinning both undergraduate and postgraduate programs and supporting the preparation of a skilled, adaptable, and practice-ready nursing workforce. It is central to the Schoo’s teaching, research, and industry engagement.
