The campus provides Indian students with the opportunity to earn a globally recognised degree without leaving the country.  Job Purpose  The role holder’s contribution will be central to delivery and support of teaching, learning and assessment, across Business for the University of Southampton Delhi.  The role holder will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level in courses like Accounting & Control, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Audit & Taxation, Contemporary Issues in Accounting, and Sustainability Reporting, etc and engage in other necessary educational activities to ensure successful delivery of degree programmes. Once teaching activities are embedded and successful, the role holder will undertake research and knowledge exchange in line with the campus’s research strategy. More specifically, research expertise in the area of Accounting and Financial Reporting. The role holder will undertake leadership, management and engagement activities and will demonstrate collegiality by ensuring ‘Southampton Behaviours’ are embedded within their ways of working.  They will be committed to high-quality education and support of learning and to building a vibrant student experience and community. In this post-doctoral role for applicants in General Practice, the successful candidate will have evidence of completion of training in Primary Care and have substantial experience of the relevant research areas, a proven track record of high-quality original research publications, the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary, multi-professional team. Part-time Faculty Member in Music Performance (Ref: SCC260612) The Department of Music (DMUS) at BNBU invites applications from learner-centered scholars/practitioners in the field of music to teach voice (popular) to undergraduate students in the Music Performance programme. Qualifications: A Master’s Degree, PhD or DMA in Music Performance or Music Education, specialising in popular and contemporary voice instruction. Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who have international teaching experience in a higher education setting. Evidence of success in the organisation and coordination of musical performances is a plus. Candidates should have the ability to: Teach Private Instruction courses and supervise students in popular voice Demonstrate good communication skills in English, both oral and written Keep abreast of regional, national, and international developments and initiatives in music and the music industry. Proficiency in English is required. English is the medium of instruction in the Music Performance Programme. Academic rank will be determined in accordance with the successful candidate’s experience and research accomplishments.
