About Finance and Procurement Services Finance and Procurement Services assist the University to achieve its goals by providing quality leadership, information, and financial services. About the Job The Department of Special Education at Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced faculty member for non-tenure-track Lecturer positions in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). All faculty positions are full-time assignments, effective for the start of the 2026 Fall semester (August 16). These positions are full-time assignments appointed on a 3-year contract at the first instance and are renewable upon successful reappointment review. A Lecturer is a full-time faculty member responsible for teaching 30 credits per academic year  (10-month type) and for providing students with academic and learning support. Lecturers typically teach up to three different courses, with average class sizes of 20–25 students. Successful candidates will play a central role in the delivery and advancement of the Master’s programs in Special Education, with a strong focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Faculty members are expected to teach postgraduate-level courses and supervise graduate student practicum experiences. The position entails delivering high-quality instruction, offering academic advising and mentorship, and contributing to service at the university, college, and departmental levels—such as curriculum development, program assessment, student recruitment and advisement, and professional collaboration with local and international partners—as well as to the broader professional community. Teaching assignments and related responsibilities may include day, evening, and weekend, depending on institutional needs. Interest or experience in using advanced instructional technologies to improve the teaching/learning process is highly desirable.
