Research Assistant Professor (25260475) Responsibilities: The Department is recruiting a scholar at the rank of Research Assistant Professor in computational mathematics, machine learning, scientific computing, statistics, and related areas. The appointee is expected to conduct high-impact research and engage in various scholarly activities, including securing research funding, student supervision and taking up teaching duties, if necessary. Requirements: A relevant PhD degree with a solid and outstanding track record in research; Ability to conduct research independently while effectively engaging in a team environment; A proven record of scientific productivity evidenced by peer-reviewed publications; A strong commitment to excellence in teaching and mentorship; and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
