The Faculty of Dentistry is the only dental school in Hong Kong and the only one in Greater China that uses English as the medium of instruction. The high quality of the Faculty’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, research excellence and clinical/professional services have attained global recognition, as evidenced by the Faculty’s global rankings among the top three by the QS World University Rankings by Subject for nine out of the past eleven years (2015-2025). Applicants who are in the process of completing a Ph.D. degree will also be considered. The appointee will work with Prof. Zi Yang Meng to conduct research on computational and theoretical condensed matter physics.
