We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Student Recruitment Manager (Undergraduate) to lead and develop the University’s Undergraduate Student Recruitment team, supporting prospective students and driving growth in CAO applications to Maynooth University. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to a high performing team responsible for outreach, relationship management, and engagement across the second level and Colleges of Further Education sectors, as well as with key influencers throughout the student recruitment pipeline. The role has responsibility for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of a comprehensive programme of recruitment activity, including Open Days, school and college visits, exhibitions, FE liaison initiatives and digital engagement. The post-holder will ensure a consistently high standard of service, impact and student experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
