Film fans can get a sneak preview of Gwyneth Paltrow's new movie Possession next week as the University of Lincoln and Odeon Cinemas host a champagne-laden gala screening of the film - much of which was shot on location in the city - three days before its general release.
Sadly the real-life Ms Paltrow will be otherwise engaged on the night, but a lookalike is promised as the surprise "star" guest.
