Impact will be awarding two medical research grants of $30,000 each to medical researchers working in the areas of developing oral chelators for iron removal and fetal hemoglobin induction for thalassemia. Only clinical medical research proposals will be funded.
Applications are welcomed from medical doctors and academic researchers (full-time faculty) working in the field of thalassemia.
