Ugandan education minister Francis Babu is to try to take a postgraduate course through distance education with a British university after he was expelled from Makerere University when irregularities were discovered in his admission papers for an MBA degree. MP Matayo Kyaligonza was also dismissed for obtaining admission through allegedly forged O-level and A-level certificates.
