Nominations are now being sought for the first Walther Prize for distinguished contributions to cancer care research. The prize will be given in recognition of significant achievement in research or to a person who has facilitated or fostered such investigations. The first Walther Prize will be bestowed at a ceremony in April 2002 in Indianapolis. The recipient will be presented with an award of $50,000.
Nominations must include a completed nomination form and letter describing the nominee's major contributions to cancer research. Full details online.
