Measures to tackle biomed research fraud criticised
Proposals to tackle fraud and misconduct in biomedical research were condemned as "toothless" today. The plans drawn up by the Academy of Medical Sciences do not go far enough, according to the Committee on Publication Ethics, which publishes guidelines for scientific journal editors.

Aberdeen Business School to offer MA in public admin
The Robert Gordon University's Aberdeen Business School is to be the first in Scotland and one of only a handful in the United Kingdom offering a master in public administration degree, the equivalent of an MBA for people working in the public and voluntary sector. It will be taught through RGU’s virtual campus.
