The University of Plymouth has been granted international accreditation for environmental management by BM TRADA, a worldwide rating developed to help businesses think about their impact on the environment. The accreditation includes an assessment of heating, lighting, water and waste management, and recognises Plymouth's incorporation of environmental education into its provision.
