Team working is a key skill, says report

EMPLOYERS believe "soft skills", such as team working, are as important in business as formal academic qualifications, a new report says. Skills such as networking, problem solving, listening and oral communication should be taught formally in schools and colleges, according to the report from recruitment firm Austin Knight.
