Spirited suggestion

An email has arrived from Jeremy Bentham, philosopher and spiritual founder of University College London, who is campaigning against the speed of its proposed merger with Imperial College London. Bentham says that any merged institution should take its first name from UCL and its second from Imperial, producing "University College".
