Scoping Study On Small Scale Food Processing

The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs invites potential R&D providers to submit a tender for a scoping study on small scale food processing. The scoping study will need to address a number of issues, such as what are the production efficiency issues for small scale processing of value added foods, which products and production processes are the most important and what are the technical and non-technical barriers to efficiency improvement.
