As a new joint initiative with the EPSRC the Royal Geographical Society announces the availability of grants of up to £3,000 for individual researchers working in a UK institution at a post-doctoral level on topics related to work with the EPSRC.

These topics include in broad terms:  21st century infrastructure; sustainable urban environment; the social issues related to transport; inclusiveness of the urban environment; impacts of climate change and flooding reduction.
