Turkish pediatrician Ihsan Dogramaci, 88, the only surviving signatory of the 1946 charter that created the World Health Organisation, has received his 26th honorary degree. The degree in medicine was awarded by La Sapienza University. Dr Dogramaci graduated from Istanbul University in 1938.
