Postgraduate Awards

The IEE has a range of postgraduate awards available to assist research students undertake work which will make a significant contribution to the fields of electrical, electronic, maunfacturing or computing engineering.

IEE Postgraduate Scholarship 

For advanced study or research in electrical, electronic science, manufacturing or power engineering. Leslie H Paddle Fellowship 

For postgraduate research which will further the art, science or practice of electronic or radio engineering. IEE Management Scholarship 

To assist with study towards a formal management qualification, such as MBA or equivalent. The Vodafone Scholarships 

For postgraduate study in Telecommunications (preferably Mobile Telecommunications and related subjects)

Robinson Research Scholarship 

To assist an exceptional engineering graduate to pursue original work leading to a postgraduate or postdoctoral qualification. The Hudswell International Research Scholarships  

To assist IEE members with advanced research work leading to the award of a Doctorate at an internationally recognised university or research establishment with a high reputation for research in the field of electrical, electronic, manufacturing or information engineering. IEE Masters Degree Research Scholarships  

To assist IEE members undertake advanced postgraduate research studies for MRes or MPhil degrees in electrical, electronic, manufacturing or information engineering in the United Kingdom. The Leonard Research Grant  

To assist exceptional engineering graduates who, through financial constraint, may not otherwise be able to undertake or complete postgraduate work leading to a higher degree.
