Graham Upton, vice-chancellor of Oxford Brookes University, has questioned a student vote of no confidence in him over the switch from three terms to two semesters. Student leaders say the vote reflects anger over timetable chaos. But Professor Upton says students were persuaded to vote with offers of free pizza.
