Manchester Metropolitan University - Edward de Bono centre opens

The Edward de Bono Foundation Centre for Serious Creativity and Constructive Thinking at Manchester Metropolitan University's Crewe campus has opened. Jointly funded by the De Bono Foundation UK and the university, the two institutions will work together on education-related teaching and research. Physicist, educator and author Dr de Bono, 75, is perhaps best known as the inventor of the term "lateral thinking".
