The 19th international conference on informatics for environmental protection, 'EnviroInfo 2005', will take place in Brno, the Czech Republic, from 7 to 9 September.
Organised by the Masaryk University Centre of Biostatistics and Analyses, the event is dedicated to information exchange among scientists, public administrations, private and public companies involved in environmental information processing as well as environmental informatics end-users.
Enviroinfo 2005 is a meeting place for experts from leading edge technologies, fostering information flows in Europe and beyond, standardisation, necessary for a sustainable development. The conference will cover the wide scope of environmental information systems topics and will show the state-of-the-art in research, development and application, with a special focus on the topic 'Networking environmental information'.
