Philip Severs has recently been appointed director of finance. His joins the university from Centro, where he was responsible for promoting and sponsoring public transport; he has also been employed as financial and project manager at City College, Manchester and the Regional Railways Operating Division of British Rail, as well as a range of financial and commercial responsibilities within the bus industry.
