A lecturer's expertise on The Beatles has contributed to an encyclopaedia on the Fab Four.
Stephanie Piotrowski, a media studies lecturer at Teesside University, researched the evolution of the band's image and performance for her PhD, focusing on The Beatles' five feature films, from A Hard Day's Night to Let It Be.
Her research was spotted by Joerg Helbig, an academic at the Alps Adriatic University in Austria, who was looking for help compiling an encyclopaedia on the band.
