Proposals will need to cover a range of issues including plans for the assessment of: -how far the DiTV pilots provide convenient and useful information to the public -the desire and ability of the public at home to use the services provided -the extent to which the services offered meet the public needs -the degree to which DiTV contributes to an improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of local NHS services.
