The University of Bradford has won three EU awards for advanced training of researchers through the EU Marie Curie programme. The department of European studies and the department of archaeological sciences were awarded £112,000 and £72,000 respectively as Marie Curie research training sites, to provide a period of specialised training for PhD students from the EU and applicant states.
