Partners in Innovation (PII) is a collaborative scheme which provides up to half the costs of research and innovation projects within the construction sector. It is open to all UK companies, industry bodies, institutions, research and technology organisations and universities. PII is run as an annual competition. New money available for the scheme under the 2002 call for proposals, for expenditure in 2003-06, will be around £7.6m.

PII-Focus is a directed call, now inviting applicants to submit proposals against the 2002 priority areas.
