New funding is now available to support joint research projects with Academies in Central and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Applications are invited for joint projects involving British scholars in collaboration with partners in one or possibly two other countries in this region. The projects should be organised through the framework of the inter-Academy agreements, not between individual researchers alone. Awards are offered for travel and maintenance expenses and have a maximum of £2,500 per year for up to three years.
The countries covered are: Bulgaria; Croatia; Czech Republic; Estonia; Georgia; Hungary; Latvia; Lithuania; Poland; Romania; Russia; Slovakia; Slovenia.
