Malaysia is a step closer to its target to have an all-graduate teaching workforce by 2020 thanks to the universities of Hertfordshire and Canterbury Christ Church. They have worked with Australia's Deakin University and Malaysia's Ministry of Education to create an undergraduate teacher-training degree. Its first graduates have received their degrees in Kuala Lumpur, the Malaysian capital.
