Call for proposals: Supplying cannabis to young people

Proposals are sought for a study of the supply of cannabis to young people aged under 18. Research to throw light both on the basic question of how young people access cannabis but also what currently happens to those found guilty of providing drugs to friendship groups. A maximum of £100,000 is available for this study.
