Call for proposals for research on the Aral Sea Basin

The call is intended to give support to high quality, innovative, international research projects covering both natural and socio-economic aspects of the following topics, whose results could be used by local people or national/international development agencies to improve the lives of the inhabitants of the Aral Sea Basin: drinking water and health; resources; agriculture; climate.

Each proposal must have at least two participants from different INTAS Member States plus at least two from the NIS. Proposals can be prepared online. The information package can be downloaded. Deadline: 12.00 noon Brussels time, February 28.
