An International Centre for Wellbeing and Quality of Life has been launched at Bournemouth University. The cross-university centre, based in the School of Health and Social Care, will examine and develop methods to promote healthy living such as good nutrition and exercise. It will concentrate on vulnerable groups, such as those with long-term conditions or chronic illness, to find ways to self-manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
