Caledonian Research Foundation offers Personal Research Fellowships in the Biomedical Sciences. These are awarded to well-qualified young academic staff to enable them to pursue a three-year programme of research in a Scottish higher education or research institution. The research must be in the biological, biochemical, physical or clinical sciences related to medicine and will normally be carried out on a full-time basis. Applications to work on a part-time basis will be considered in certain circumstances. Normally a maximum of two Personal Research Fellowships will be awarded each year.
