The University of Kent at Canterbury seems to have decided that associations with 24-hour surveillance, nightmare housemates and boredom relieved only by occasional pointless tasks is just the thing to entice wavering A-level students onto their courses. Marcus Bentley, who provided the commentary for Channel Four's Big Brother programme, is on Invicta Radio this month as part of the university's summer advertising campaign.
