A psychologist is helping to toughen up the sports stars of tomorrow. Young cricketers are taking part in a training course to learn "mental toughness", designed by Lew Hardy, head of the College of Health and Behavioural Sciences at Bangor University. The course, drawn up by academics and the England and Wales Cricket Board, aims to help participants improve their performance under pressure.
