Artists in Residence

The aim of the Artists in Residence scheme is support the residency of an artist in an appropriate institution in order to foster a creative collaboration between the artist and the staff and/or students of that institution. The term artist encompasses visual artists, creative writers, poets, and other producers of original creative work. The resident artist should work in an interactive way with the surroundings, and should contribute recognisably to the life and work of the host department or centre.
