International fellowships are awarded for full-time study or research at accredited institutions to women who are not US citizens or permanent residents. Both graduate and postgraduate study are supported and must have applied to their proposed institution of study by the time of application (no later than December 15). Application forms can be downloaded; for a printed copy, fill out a request for an application form online (http://actrs8.act.org/rpsmr) or write to the address below.
