Nottingham Trent University is to transfer management of its student accommodation to the private sector, the first time a United Kingdom university has made such a deal.
In a deal worth a total of £295 million, the Jarvis University Partnerships Programme will run the 2,326 bed accommodation while the university continues to market and allocate rooms. The university said the arrangement will save it £16 million.
