Completion of the three-year degree programme will open numerous doors for graduates, both in the UK and overseas. The course is ideally positioned for anyone seeking to carve out a career in restaurant development and operations; corporate and employee catering; retail and new product development; hospitality sales and marketing; public and private healthcare, and education procurement; large-scale catering; and those wishing to set up their own businesses.

Modules from Birkbeck’s Department of Management are taught through lectures and seminars, and modules that are based on professional practice and techniques are delivered at Le Cordon Bleu.
