DLitt: Mary Fagan, lord lieutenant of Hampshire.

DMus: Martin Neary, organist and master of choristers at Westminster Abbey.

DSocSc: Anthony Smith, chief executive of the English National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting.
